The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, Gorgeous Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier which is USPS. We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.
We are pleased to accept RETURNS ONLY of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offera refund within 14 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Gorgeous Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after the 14th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 1pm, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48-72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48-72 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be processed on the following Monday.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
